Quantic Gaming adds Korean Terran Apocalypse

Quantic Gaming announced the newest addition to their roster today, 21-year-old Korean Terran player Min Hyung 'Apocalypse' Kim. Kim was a member of Incredible Miracle during their partnership with Quantic that included cooperation in the IPL Team League, a tournament that the conglomerate team won over Mousesports.

Apocalpyse will add some much needed Terran strength to the Quantic roster and will provide NaNiwa and SaSe with a strong practice partner in PvT. In the interview that accompanied Quantic's announcement, Kim said,

I want to show everyone that loves StarCraft how much passion I have for the game. I will practice hard to become a strong pro-gamer and show many entertaining games.

When asked what his goals for the year were, it seemed he already had the response prepared,

I want to attend foreign events and win an MLG trophy. This year, I will practice to become an even stronger pro-gamer, and win tournaments.

We can only expect that Quantic will be eager to get Apocalypse training with the team and we should hope to see Apocalypse make his foreign tournament debut in the near future. Apocalypse's acquisition not only represents the further cooperation of Korean players and foreign teams, but adds another strong member to the increasingly intimidating Quantic roster.
