MisS was a former professional WarCraft 3 player who enjoyed recognition in the Chinese scene. In addition to her career as a professional gamer, she is currently a host and commentator on the Chinese gaming station GTV.

Han was scouted by Sung Je 'Rainbow' Kim, who had attended the ZOWIE Divina tournament that had crowned his girlfriend, Ga Young 'Aphrodite' Kim, the winner. During the event, Rainbow had put MisS on a test to ensure that she could fit within StarTale and she passed with flying colors.

Yi Ying 'MisS' Han made the following statement about her joining StarTale:

Lots of people told me that I am stupid for giving up my job as a tv hostess to become a computer player, but how often do you get a chance to follow your dream? When I got informed of this test to become a member of StarTale I was really nervous, just to get the opportunity is a dream come true. When I was told I could become a part of StarTale, it was the happiest day of my life, I still can’t believe it! I will do my best every day, in every game. This is my dream come true.

StarTale coach Joong Wook Won commented on his newest player:

When I first heard of miss, I was told about a very famous hostess of a gaming program, but I didn’t know she had so much talent in game. Professional gaming is not only for males, when female players with as much talent as aphrodite and miss comes by, you have to grab the moment and give them the chance to grow their talent in the best environment. This is just the beginning, we want to help make female gaming more competitive.
