Stefan “MorroW” Andersson has signed a one-year contract with Western Wolves, GameSpot reported on Friday.
The Swedish Zerg player has been in search of a team since he left mousesports back in June 2012. He spent time on apeX eSports for a few months until controversy spread about the organization not paying their players. Himself, other players and the staff would then decide to leave and hope to eventually get their salary, which led to the organization closing. Now officially signed to Western Wolves, MorroW’s his first tournament representing his new team will be the Esport SM qualifier event in Umeå, Sweden.
A Western Wolves representative made the following statement to GameSpot:
“We believe that MorroW will be able to bring in more stability in our roster as well as a lot of experience. All of our current players are inexperienced when it comes to offline events. When it comes to the skill level, we believe that they have a good practice routine and are all making progress, but we’ve seen them having a problem with nerves at events.”
