I think Watch could have become a model. I look like I’m good at dives.
What passed your mind when Cloudtemplar picked Trundle?

What’s your opinion on current state of Warmog?
So overrated
Tell me the pros and cons of Renekton. Could you also tell me the build and runes?
Renekton has no counter and can go really tanky and still does damage unlike Irelia, who has to get an offensive item to deal damage.
Renekton has really no weakness but he is reliant on his ult maybe little too much.
How many hours of LOL should I play to become as good as you?
The Law of 10 thousand hours
Do you think that Najin Sword is the best team in Korea? What will happen to Najin Shield now?
I still think Frost and Blaze are the best team, and we only became one of the best teams in Korea. Shield will show good performance in Spring Season so be prepared.

Wash, practice, eat, shit, practice, eat, shit, wash, sleep.
Best 3 top champions right now?
Renekton, Singed, Rumble.
Do you think Darius works on high Elo’s?
Any champion can take you through Diamonds if you have right mindset. Yes, even Trundle.
How’s top Vladimir and Zed?
Top Vlad is not that good. Top Zed really depends on your skills.
Can you tell us your mindset and rules that you adhere to when you play top?
You should know when to attack and defend, jungler’s position, right time to roam, adjust your build according to your enemy,where your enemy’s wards are,and check the enemy’s summoner spell’s cooldowns.
These are the basics. More advanced stuffs would be know the matchup and when to farm behind the turret to catch the enemy jungler’s attention, and pink ward the important places.
Most important thing is to know that top lane is the war between crazy players, and more crazy and aggressive person wins.
If you are a girl who would you go out with in your team?
Watch
Sword played like Gambit Gaming’s comp in the Champions Final. Did you think that that comp would surely guarantee a win against Frost?
I wanted to use Zed personally but our coach insisted that I should use Renekton. Renekton and Xin Zhao is the best counter combo against herbivore junglers like Cloudtemplar.
Who’s your favorite champion? What champion do you hate the most?
I like Nidalee the best. Facing Singed is the most difficult.
Do you think Vi is viable for competition?
Before the Q and W nerf, people asked whether or not Rengar is viable. You see that nothing is impossible in LOL
Do you have any tips on playing Nidalee?
You have to have some kind of rhythm to play her correctly. Practice changing into human form after cougar jump and pouncing backward after throwing your spear.
What’s the key to playing good AD carry?
Broadly speaking, there is three styles of AD carry. First is never dying AD carry that suffers a bit of deal loss and focuses on survival. Second is damage output AD carry that plays very offensively but requires team’s peeling to survive. Last one is tanky AD that builds Warmog and withstands the damage.
It’s the difference in teamplay so I cannot say which one is the best.

How can you have such a wide champion pool and yet play them all perfectly? Any secret other than practice?
Think about LOL when you shower. Think about LOL when you eat. Think about LOL when you shit. Think about LOL when you talk. Think about LOL when you walk.
Why do you build Lantern so often?
It’s my destiny. It once dropped me all the way to the abyss. Now that I overcame that trauma and won the trophy, it’s like a ceremony now.
Three basic traits that top players should have?
Understanding, mindgame, and aggression.
How about you stop diving and manage your KDA?
Rather than becoming a top with highest KDA, I want to be Maknoon.
Who is Shy to you?
One of the few rivals I have. Still scared of him.
How would you build your Nidalee?
I think Flame’s build is the best build.
What do you think about tank Diana top?
Renekton excels her in every way.
What is Rumble’s role? Tank? Bruiser? Dealer?
All possible but full AP Rumble is the hardest.
Are you in close touch with Frost and Blaze players?
We are “Lol Clasico” teams so we personally know them well. Their coach gives advices to us and all of their members are great people.
How did you spend your MVP prize money?
I split it with my team because it’s only logical thing to do since I earned the prize because of my teammates.
Do you think first before you dive or dive first then think what to do?
My hand is faster than my brain.
What’s your opinion on Darius?
Not bad, but not good.
What do you think about top Pantheon?
Good memory in the past.
Is there any new champion that you will use in upcoming tournaments?
I will surprise you in the actual match. My goal is to make this game more interesting with new meta coming up in each and every season.
How do you play Elise in against Cho’gath and in teamfights?
Cho’gath is hard counter to Elise even before the nerf. Elise should go for enemy AD or protect our AD.
Do you think Irelia and Jax is still good in Season 3?
Irelia is the best defensive top, but I don’t think Jax is that good.
Name 3 best top players in Korea
Not counting myself, 1st Expession 2nd Shy 3rd Ragan.
How would you characterize Dodoria in your team?
He is a quiet man.
Who’s the most handsome pro player?
Flame, then Watch
What do you think about Woong?
He’s still my rival top player.
Why did you get Lantern when you play Vladimir?
Darien was playing support at the time and he recommended it. I think he wanted to play top.
I want to get better at this game but I don’t know how. Suggestions?
Find a “mentor” that you can learn from, or remember all the mistakes you made in the game and work on fixing it.
When you scrim Najin Shield, who wins most of the time? Expession or you?
It’s 50:50. Expession is the only guy that overwhelms me in terms of pure game sense and talents.

He helped us to have progamer mentality. Without him, we wouldn’t have been able to win the trophy.

Doublelift you are RETARDED
Maknoon I was impressed with your Shen’s dead accurate trades. How do you calculate trades in lane? Do you check armor and magic resist and add the damage up or is it just instinct?
It’s all instincts. I learned the right time to go in from the experiences in solo queue. I rarely calculate before I go in, but I let my animal instincts to do the work.
Any player that you do not want to meet in competition? Player you want to meet in competition?
Expession. I don’t want to meet Expession. Player that I want to meet is Flame because I still have to take my revenge.
Why do you not use Singed against Frost?
I still haven’t mastered Singed, and Renek looked better to me.
Maknoon why are you so cute?
I personally find Shy cuter than me. If I was a girl I would’ve have made my moves on him.
Your prophecy on Cloudtemplar being an elephant that craps a lot turned out to be true. How did you know?
Makdalf has the power to foresee the future.

Nothing

Top Mundo, Top Sejuani
Who’s better at this game? Dodoria or you?
We can’t really compare different positions but I think he’s better than me at 1 vs 1.
Aren’t you a bit sorry to Pray that he receives no protection? I saw you guys play and there is zero peeling for Pray…
We decide whether to protect Pray or not based on each situation, but Dodoria has a survival kit in his scouter so he survives very well anyway.

Why did you not ban/pick Kha’zix in the final?
Shy doesn’t play Kha, neither does Rapidstar. The reason I didn’t pick him was that Kha didn’t fit in our team comp.

How did you get so good at English?
Play 2 years in NA. Chauster talked trash all the time so I memorized English words while the game was in queue.
Any tips on tower dives that Najin Sword is so good at?
Make sure to check enemy’s ults and escapes are down. Otherwise it’s suicide.
Is it true that you farmed all three waves at enemy Nexus with Singed?
I did and I got scolded…
Why do you not use Malphite anymore?
Malphite is not that good against tanky meta nowadays.
